Born and raised in Greensboro, N.C., Jim attended East Carolina University and graduated in Construction Management in 1985.  As a loyal Pirate fan, it was an easy choice for him to stay in eastern North Carolina.  His wife, Grace, is employed at East Carolina University. They have two wonderful children, daughter Ashley is nine years old, and son Taylor is seven years old. 

With twenty five years experience in the construction industry, Jim is excited to apply his experience and skills in assisting you with your real estate needs.
