About Dan Thomas Realty

A general contracting company (Dan Thomas Builders) since 1987, in 2001 we also became a real estate company to better serve our clients. We have a long history of excellence and customer service in the building business and are continuing to provide the same to our real estate clients. With over twenty-two years of being "in business", we will be here for you tomorrow as well. Many have come and gone in the last two decades, and its good to know we'll still be here for you down the road.

Our greatest attribute is knowledge of the local market; including other builders, other Realtors®, bankers, insurance companies, and servicemen, as well as the MLS system skills needed to provide you with expert advice in Home Buying, Selling, or Investing. We have helped our clients as buyers agents and listing agents, as well as offering real estate investing advice, builder services, and property management.  We have a long and diverse history of experience to better help you achieve your real estate goals.

We are members of the National and North Carolina Association of Realtors as well as the National and North Carolina Association of Home Builders. Dan Thomas Builders is also a member of the Insulated Concrete Form Association and a Certified Green Professional.

Our Mission

Is to provide "no nonsense" Real Estate guidance to you in the local market. We are a small firm and give personalized service, specific to your needs, and fortunately, given today's technology, are capable of providing the same (if not better) exposure and marketing expertise to our clients than the "big boys" in town.  Think of it as a fusion of today's high tech tools with "old school" service and values.
-Also, since we are a part of Dan Thomas Builders, if we can't find what you are looking for, we can build it!

Winterville Growth

There has been a tremendous amount of growth in Pitt County over the last 20+ years. Wouldn't you like to deal with someone who has experienced it first hand as a builder and realtor?
