If you’re like most buyers these days, you do most of your own searching on Realtor.com, Zillow, or Trulia. A good buyer’s agent should be a good sounding board to makes sure your wants/needs are meshing with your potential choice, and that you don’t overpay or overlook things that may adversely affect the value in the future. And just as important, I also have an in-depth knowledge of the local market and the agents who work it.

If you’re selling, most of the buyers are already looking Online. A good listing agent makes sure all your listing information is available and the home is presented in its best light. I know the key search engine words to make sure your property comes up when someone is searching for anything close to your property. You might be surprised how many properties don’t show up because the key words are not entered into the MLS diligently. – big agency or small, the information goes to the same place and is available to all local Realtors and any prospect searching the internet – as long as all the proper key word information is checked and listed!
